Short breaks are welcomed in the winter months and as indicated on our availability calendars

Discounts
Only 1 discount can be applied to each booking and we are happy to offer:
Late availability discount of 20% within 6 weeks of arrival
Multi-week bookings discount of 10% off second week
Low occupancy discounts:
Stable: 1 or 2 people 15%
Barr-beithe Lower: 1 or 2 people 15%, 3 people 10%
Barr-beithe Upper: 1 or 2 people 15%, 3 people 10%, 4 people 5%
Prices Include:
- Gas & Electricity included (excluding car charging)
- Linen and Towels
- Wi-fi in all cottages via 4G
- Cot and high chair if required
Cancellation
Guests should have their own personal travel holiday insurance just as with any standard holiday booking in the UK or overseas.
