Insurance and Cancellation
A confirmed reservation constitutes a binding contract between proprietor and guest. In the event of a cancellation, guests remain liable for the full cost of the holiday.
We will make every effort to try to re-let the accommodation on behalf of a guest.
The deposit will be non-returnable as there is added expense in re-letting a property.
We strongly recommend that guests take out insurance against cancellation. Such insurance is available from Schofields Uk Holiday Insurance. Guests travelling from abroad should arrange insurance in their home country
