Term and Conditions

Bookings are subject to the dates requested being available and will be confirmed by email. If desired dates are not available credit cards will not be processed.

A deposit of 30% is required to secure a booking.

The balance of the rental is payable 6 weeks before arrival.

The deposit and balance may be paid by cheque, or credit card details may be provided by telephone (01866 833246) or on-line via a secure server.

A reservation constitutes a binding contract between the proprietor and guest.

In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled the hirer is liable for the payment of the full cost of the holiday.

Insurance against cancellation is recommended and is available from, Schofields Ltd. Tel: 01204 365080 or online at www.uk-trip.com Guests travelling from abroad should arrange insurance in their home country.

Terms quoted are per week from 3pm Saturday – 10am Saturday.

Electricity and gas are metered and charged before departure.

Guests are asked to take care of their holiday cottage and leave it as they found it, in a clean condition.

The number of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum occupancy level stated for each property.

It is regretted that pets are not accepted.
